José Luis is a second-generation social selling expert with nearly 35 years of service to the industry.

He is passionate about people and personal growth, helping companies and business owners achieve sales growth, through his proven systems and principles.

Jose Luis shares his successful experience as an entrepreneur and top Executive for Fortune 500 companies with companies and social selling entrepreneurs.

He has created an impact through executive roles with companies such as Tupperware, BeautiControl, and Regal Ware. He has either lived or worked in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Venezuela, The Caribbean, and the USA.

Jose Luis is a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team. He has collaborated with companies like Jafra, Monat Global, Isagenix, Immunotec, Vic Beauty, Essen, and many other leading organizations.

Jose Luis has published his first book POWERfull YOU, 12 universal principles to build the life you want. He delivers his content in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

He studied Business Administration in Venezuela and completed The Executive Program at UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.

José Luis is married, father of two children and lives in Florida.

Alexander is a direct sales expert with more than 25 years of service to the industry.

He is passionate about helping people unleash their potential and developing them into great leaders, while equipping them to drive business growth.

His experience includes companies like PM International, and has been instrumental to the success of companies such as Yves Rocher, Swiss Just, and Tupperware, through several executive roles. He has helped companies experience growth in the US, Venezuela and other Latin American markets with focus in building the corporate strategy and also helping established companies achieve their next level of success.

Alexander has collaborated with companies like Monat Global and Alcora Group with proven success in general management, sales, marketing, operations and contract manufacturing.

He studied Business Administration in Venezuela and completed the MBA degree.

Alexander is a father of two children and lives in Florida.
